
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita held bilateral talks in Moscow on Thursday 16 October 2025 strengthening ties between the two nations. During the meeting, the ministers signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a joint committee aimed at deepening their strategic partnership and enhancing cooperation across political, economic, and cultural spheres.
