On 14 October 2025, Diplo and the Geneva Internet Platform contributed to an informal working lunch on the WSIS+20 review process, hosted by the Permanent Mission of Switzerland in New York and dedicated to delegates of UN member states.
Sorina Teleanu, Diplo’s Director of Knowledge, delivered a briefing which included an overview of WSIS and the WSIS+20 process, a look at key issues in the Zero Draft, and a discussion on expectations and next steps in the negotiations.
