
Sorina Teleanu, Diplo’s Director of Knowledge, participated in the West Africa School on Internet Governance, where she delivered a three-hour session on AI technology, policy, and governance.
During the session, focus was placed on unpacking key terms in the AI narratives, reflecting critically on the role of the private sector, and discussing how Africa can leverage bottom-up AI to drive meaningful and sustainable development.
